Hogwarts Ball

Calling all AEAES wizards aboard the Hogwarts Express! Our upcoming Hogwarts Ball will be happening Friday May 5th, from 6-8pm in the elementary MPR. All K-5 students and their muggle chaperones are invited to enter our wizarding world -- each ticket includes:

  • Entrance for one child and one adult chaperone (2 or more children may have the same chaperone). Due to limited capacity inside the MPR, please note children in attendance must be elementary students at AEA. We are not able to include siblings or multiple chaperones.
  • 2 coupon vouchers for 1 bag of popcorn and 1 bag of Bertie Botts Every Flavor Beans. In addition to the popcorn and jelly beans, there will be Hogwarts-themed drinks and desserts available to purchase.
  • A chance to be sorted into a Hogwarts House

**Online pre-sale has started! Buy your tickets early! Only a limited number available. Click here for tickets.

Dressing in Hogwarts attire is encouraged, but not required!

See you at Platform 9 3/4 !!

Please note -- We are very much in need of volunteers for this event! Please click here to donate an hour or two of your time, and help make this event really special.

The 13th Annual Auction Gala

Our 13th annual Gala will be on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at the Middle School Campus and the Friends of Albert Einstein Academies need your help again! Each passing year, state and federal funds fail to meet our students’ educational needs so we continue to fundraise for essential programs. Without this effort from parents, community members, and businesses, programs like science, art, music, gardening, and physical education would be limited or not available.

Please support our efforts to maintain our status as award winning, tuition-free public elementary and middle schools. For all of the event information visit the Gala Webpage.

See this flyer for more information.

How does the program work? Simple! The only thing special you need to know is our link.

Support essential enrichment programs at AEA

Please help support essential programs at AEA through a donation to Friends of Albert Einstein Academies. Our goal is to have 200 families participate in this donation drive. Donating to FoAEA supports the enrichment programs that our kids benefit from including art, music, PE and science programs and provides funds for field trips, assemblies, and classroom supplies.

If you haven't signed up yet, please take 5 minutes to contribute to AEA's enrichment programs. Go to our donation website from your mobile device or computer and select a monthly donation amount or a one time donation. Choose $30/month ($1/day) or any amount affordable to you. Even $5 or $10 per month makes a huge difference for the kids.

Matching Grants

Last year, the following companies made matching grants to FoAEA: Union Bank, Qualcomm, Pfizer, Intuit, Genentech, Covidien, Nokia, and ARS National Svcs.

We thank all of these companies for their generous support. If you work for any of these companies and have not yet taken advantage of their matching grant program, it just takes a few minutes and is free money to the school. One way of finding out if your employeer supports matching grants is to look at this list of companies. Information normally needed to have an employeer make a matching grant is available here.
