Cheer and clap for your students as they leave the blacktop for their classrooms in the morning!

Here's the complete schedule of the events at the Elementary School:

  • Monday, Oct.10th - Morning Kindness Tunnels (Parents encouraged to stay after morning line up to create Kindness Tunnels, through which all students will walk), Kindness Read Alouds in some classrooms, Kindness Literature Stations during all morning recesses,Kindness Checklists distributed.
  • Tuesday, Oct.11th - Kind to the Earth Activities: Parents are encouraged to Park and Pick Up their children after school, or, if waiting in line, to not have their cars idle. Classes are encouraged to do clean-ups on and around campus.
  • Wednesday, Oct.12th - Crazy for Kindness Hair Day: students wear “crazy” hair to school
  • Thursday, October 13th - Creativity and Kindness: Kindness morning song with Frau Claudia and students. Staff surprise. Optional Kindness Card creation during morning recesses, given to brighten someone’s day.

Benefiting AEA Shopping at Amazon.com

The amazon.com affiliate program has become one of our most successful fundraisers over the last few years in part because it doesn't cost anything beyond what you were going to purchase anyway. This school year is off to a great start with August raising over $800 and September raising almost $1,100!!!

How does the program work? Simple! The only thing special you need to know is our link foaea.org/amazon.

Tell your friends. Tell your family. Get the word out. Shop at Amazon through and the school gets 8% of our purchase price back. That's it. If you ever forget the link, you can always find it at the top of our newsletters.

Support essential enrichment programs at AEA

Please help support essential programs at AEA through a donation to Friends of Albert Einstein Academies. Our goal is to have 200 families participate in this donation drive. Donating to FoAEA supports the enrichment programs that our kids benefit from including art, music, PE and science programs and provides funds for field trips, assemblies, and classroom supplies.

If you haven't signed up yet, please take 5 minutes to contribute to AEA's enrichment programs. Go to our donation website from your mobile device or computer and select a monthly donation amount or a one time donation. Choose $30/month ($1/day) or any amount affordable to you. Even $5 or $10 per month makes a huge difference for the kids.

Matching Grants

Last year, the following companies made matching grants to FoAEA: Union Bank, Qualcomm, Pfizer, Intuit, Genentech, Covidien, Nokia, and ARS National Svcs.

We thank all of these companies for their generous support. If you work for any of these companies and have not yet taken advantage of their matching grant program, it just takes a few minutes and is free money to the school. One way of finding out if your employeer supports matching grants is to look at this list of companies. Information normally needed to have an employeer make a matching grant is available here.
