F.A.Q.

What is the Gala?
Friends of Albert Einstein Academies (FoAEA) is the Parent-Teacher organization at Albert Einstein Academies Elementary and Middle schools. The gala is FoAEA’s biggest event of the year. It will raise over 30% of our annual monies. Basically it’s a big party! There is food, socializing, a full bar, music, and live and silent auctions. You can come to the party and enjoy yourself and eat and not spend any more money or you can bid on packages. The auction is a big part of the money raised, but the night is about so much more.

Who’s invited?
Everyone! Come alone, with a friend, your partner or a group of parents.

What should I wear?
Since this year’s theme is Havana Nights, we encourage everyone to have fun with their outfits but cocktail attire works just fine! Just come in whatever you’re comfortable in and have fun.

Do I have to dance?
Dancing is totally optional (but encourages and maybe hilarious)!

How do I purchase tickets?
You can purchase your tickets here.

What is the fundraising goal?
This event raises about 30% of all money raised for the year.

What is the money raised used for?
The money raised at the auction helps support the many essential programs at Albert Einstein Academies including music, gardening, art, field trips and interns. Basically, the money is used for the kids.

Are kids invited?
The gala is an adult-only event. This is a time for AEA parents, family, and staff to get together, have some fun, and raise money for those important programs that we’ve come to expect from our school.
